Change for FIN exists because a community cares.
Change for Families in Need (Change for FIN) is a registered non-profit, grassroots organization in Kingston, Ontario committed to reducing the impact of violence in the lives of children, youth, and their families, by advocating for the rights of survivors and for changes to the judicial process.

Vision
Change for FIN believes that a community must collectively respond to child abuse. Change for FIN believes that families impacted by abuse have a right to services that empower and advocate for them.
Mission
Change for FIN is dedicated to creating community partnerships to provide collaborative and multi-disciplinary services to children and their families who have been victimized. Change for FIN will facilitate community education and create awareness opportunities to prevent child abuse. Change for FIN will strive to bring perpetrators to justice.
According to the Canadian Incidence Study of Reported Child Abuse and Neglect, the first nation-wide study to examine the incidence of reported child abuse in Canada, there are more than 200,000 cases of reported child abuse and neglect in Canada:
